Evaluating signalized intersections on the road is an initial stage toward creating suitable traffic policies, maintenance, and management plans. Signalized intersection calculations describe how to determine signal times, capacity and traffic behavior (capacity, delay, degree of saturation, and opportunity queue), data at signalized intersections in road areas can then be processed to obtain LOS (Level of Service). PTV Vistro software with the HCM 2010 method approach were used to analyze intersection performance. Pasar Delanggu is a fairly large traditional market for supply as well as for trade where geographically strategic. Main objective of this study was to evaluate performance of the current intersections at Pasar Delanggu intersection to conduct a single optimization based on degree of saturation and delay parameters. The second purpose is to determine characteristics of bitumen and overlay thickness used in pavement after evaluating signalized intersections at Pasar Delanggu.
