The purpose of this research is: First, to identify the learning media used in the course institution. Second, to understand the procedures for developing digital teaching media. Third, to determine the effectiveness of using digital teaching media in the form of flip books for online English grammar classes at the course institution. Research method: This study uses development research with the ADDIE development model, which is modified using 1 experimental class. This model uses 5 steps, namely, analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation. Analysis Stage: collecting field data in the form of observations, interviews, and filling out student needs analysis questionnaires. Design Stage: creating a prototype design of digital teaching materials that meet the needs of learning English in online classes. Development stage: developing the product with materials tailored to the institution's outline. The media product is tested by validators and practitioners from the institution. Implementation stage: the product is tested in an experimental class. The sequence of the research consists of pre-test, treatment, and post-test. Evaluation stage: at this stage, the results of media implementation are seen from the students' test results after treatment has been given. Calculated and examined for significance, whether there is an impact from the use of learning media on students. The results of the research can be concluded that; 1) the need for learning media in online English grammar classes at the course institution is to have digital teaching materials that can serve as a reference for learning grammar. Based on the research results, students need digital books that can serve as learning guides with the concept of self-regulated learning. 2) the process of developing digital flip book teaching materials based on self-regulated Learning to improve English grammar skills in online class courses. Digital teaching materials are packaged in the form of links. The media is created with a considerable number of practice questions, summaries, and interactive quizzes so that students can learn independently. Students also fill out an e-report after each class to track their learning progress. 3) The digital Flip Book teaching materials based on self-regulated learning are effective in improving English grammar skills in online course classes. This result was obtained from the calculation of the pre-test and post-test using the Wilcoxon signed rank method with a significance value of 0.00<0>
