This report details my three‐month internship experience at Pruf Ritz Communications Hub in Surabaya as part of my Student Internship Program in the English Diploma Program at Universitas Sebelas Maret. The primary task was translating the deed of company resolutions from Indonesian to English using an approach based on Nida and Taber‟s translation theory, which encompasses the stages of analysis, transfer, and restructuring. Throughout the internship, I encountered a range of challenges, including the translation of legal terminology, long and complex sentence structures, and repetitive information. To overcome these difficulties, I employed a multifaceted strategy including consulting legal dictionaries, using online resources, and engaging in discussions with my supervisor. In addition to my core translation responsibilities, I participated in supplementary activities such as proofreading, editing, and weekly consolidation sessions. This hands-on experience not only enhanced my technical translation skills but also deepened my understanding of professional work ethics and the practical aspects of legal translation. Overall, the internship has significantly contributed to my readiness for a future career in professional legal translation.
