This internship report was written based on my Student Internship Activity and presents my experiences as a student translator who focused on translating legal texts during my placement at the Pruf Ritz Communications Hub, Surakarta. The KMM started on January 25th, 2025 – April 19th, 2025. The main activity involved translating legal texts from Indonesian to English using the Nida & Taber 1969 translation process. Several challenges were encountered, including terminology consistency, analysis, transferring, restructuring, and maintaining legal accuracy across various types of documents. A few terminologies became the object of this study, such as Articles of Association, Resolution, Provisions, and Limited Liability Company. In addition to my primary responsibilities, I also participated in the consolidation sessions led by the senior linguists, Mr. Herza and Miss Andhini. These sessions have allowed me to learn and enhance my awareness of the legal context. I also contributed notes and reflections via email after each session. Furthermore, I was partially participating in the event arrangement, where I was assigned to be one of the public relations officers.
