Analisis Pengaruh Leverage, Debt To Equity Ratio (DER), Return On Asset (ROA), Price Book Value (PBV) dan Price Earning Ratio (PER) Terhadap Return Saham (Studi Kasus pada Perusahaan Manufaktur yang Terdaftar di BEI Tahun 2005-2007)

ABSTRAK This study aims to determine the influence of independent variables consisting of Leverage, Debt to Equity Ratio (DER), Return On Assets (ROA), Price to Book Value (PBV) and Price Earning Ratio (PER) of the stock return as bound variables simultaneously and to determine independent variables that have a partial effect on stock returns. And to know the difference between the stock return categories of basic industry, Miscellaneous industry and consumer good industry in manufacturing companies listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange. Object of this research is the manufacturing companies listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange, with the 2005-2007 study period. Type of explanatory research study, which explains the existence of the relationship between the variables studied through a hypothesis testing performed. Sampling technique with the purposive sampling and producing companies in 61 samples of observations. Data analysis tools used multiple linear regression and ANOVA using SPSS 15. Before analysis, the data are tested on normality, multikolinearitas, autokorelasi and heteroskedastisitasnya. To determine the effect of independent variables on the dependent variable used multiple linear regression analysis to test the value of F and the value of t. F test results showed that the independent variables Leverage, Debt to Equity Ratio (DER), Return On Assets (ROA), Price to Book Value (PBV) and Price Earning Ratio (PER) to simultaneously have a significant effect on stock returns. While t test results showed that only the variable Return On Assets (ROA) and Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) which partially influenced the stock return. And the results of the ANOVA there is no difference between the stock return categories of basic industry, Miscellaneous industry and consumer good industry in manufacturing companies listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange.
