Hubungan antara strategi kognitif, interaksi sosial dan pemanfaatan sumber belajar dengan kualitas pembelajaran guru sekolah dasar di wilayah kecamatan Gampengrejo Kediri

ABSTRAK Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui (1) Hubungan antara Strategi Kognitif dengan Kualitas Pembelajaran Guru Sekolah Dasar di Wilayah Kecamatan Gampengrejo Kediri, (2) Hubungan antara Interaksi Sosial dengan Kualitas Pembelajaran Guru Sekolah Dasar di Wilayah Kecamatan Gampengrejo Kediri, (3) Hubungan antara Pemanfaatan Sumber Belajar dengan Kualitas Pembelajaran Guru Sekolah Dasar di Wilayah Kecamatan Gampengrejo Kediri, (4) Hubungan antara Strategi Kognitif, Interaksi Sosial dan Pemanfaatan Sumber Belajar secara bersama-sama dengan Kualitas Pembelajaran Guru Sekolah Dasar di Wilayah Kecamatan Gampengrejo Kediri. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskripsi kuantitatif dengan pendekatan korelasional dan populasinya seluruh guru kelas sebanyak 215 guru,sedangkan sampelnya sebanyak 120 guru yang diambil dengan teknik proporsional random sampling, yang sekaligus sebagai responden penelitian. Teknik pengumpulan datanya menggunakan angket dan sebelum mengadakan analisis data, diadakan uji prasyarat yaitu uji normalitas dengan rumus Kolmogorov – Smirnov, uji linearitas dengan rumus F dan uji independensi atau multikolinieritas dengan menghitung nilai korelasi atau nilai VIF. Adapun analisis data dan uji hipotesis menggunakan analisis korelasi dan regresi ganda. Hasil penelitian (1) ada hubungan yang signifikan antara Strategi Kognitif dengan Kualitas Pembelajaran Guru Sekolah Dasar di Wilayah Kecamatan Gampengrejo Kediri (rn > rt atau 0,701 > 0,254 (2) ada hubungan yang signifikan antara Interaksi Sosial dengan Kualitas Pembelajaran Guru Sekolah Dasar di Wilayah Kecamatan Gampengrejo Kediri (rn¬ > rt atau 0,797 > 0,254 (3) ada hubungan yang signifikan antara Pemanfaatan Sumber Belajar dengan Kualitas Pembelajaran Guru Sekolah Dasar di Wilayah Kecamatan Gampengrejo Kediri (rn¬ > rt atau 0,780 > 0,254 (4) ada hubungan yang signifikan antara Strategi Kognitif, Interaksi Sosial dan Pemanfaatan Sumber Belajar secara bersama-sama dengan Kualitas Pembelajaran Guru Sekolah Dasar di Wilayah Kecamatan Gampengrejo Kediri (fn¬ > ft atau 125,683 > 2,68. Model hubungan ketiga variabel bebas dengan variabel terikat dengan analisis regresi ganda (jamak) menghasilkan persamaan ŷ = -3,611 + 0,194x1 + 0,415x2 + 0,409x3, sedangkan sumbangan efektif variabel x1, x2, x3 sebesar 76,49% dan faktor-faktor lainnya sebesar 23,51%. ABSTRACT This research aims at finding out: (1) the correlation between the cognitive strategy and the instructional quality of the teachers of Primary Schools in Gampengrejo sub-district, Kediri regency, (2) the correlation between the social interaction and the instructional quality of the teachers of Primary Schools in Gampengrejo sub-district, Kediri regency, (3) the correlation between the learning resource usage and the instructional quality of the teachers of Primary Schools in Gampengrejo sub-district, Kediri regency, and (4) the correlation of the cognitive strategy, the social interaction, and the learning resource usage to the instructional quality of the teachers of Primary Schools in Gampengrejo sub-district, Kediri regency. This research used a descriptive quantitative method with a correlational approach. Its population was 215 teachers of primary schools, and its samples consisted of 120 teachers of Primary Schools in Gampengrejo sub-district, Kediri regency. The samples were taken by using a proportional random sampling technique. They also became the respondents of the research. The data of the research were gathered by using a questionnaire. Prior to the analysis of the data, pre-requisite tests were conducted. They included the normality test by using Kolmogorov - Smirnov’s formulae, the linearity test by using F formula, the independency test or multicolinearity by calculating the value of correlation or the value of VIF. The data and hypotheses of the research were then analyzed and tested by using a multiple regression and correlation analysis. The results of the research are as follows: (1) there is a significant correlation between the cognitive strategy and the instructional quality of the teachers of Primary Schools in Gampengrejo sub-district, Kediri regency as shown by rn = 0.701 > rt = 0.254; (2) there is a significant correlation between the social interaction and the instructional quality of the teachers of Primary Schools in Gampengrejo sub-district, Kediri regency as indicated by rn = 0.797 > rt = 0.254; (3) there is a significant correlation between the learning resource usage and the instructional quality of the teachers of Primary Schools in Gampengrejo sub-district, Kediri regency as demonstrated by rn = 0.780 > rt = 0.254; and (4) there is a simultaneously significant correlation of the cognitive strategy, the social interaction, and the learning resource usage to the instructional quality of the teachers of Primary Schools in Gampengrejo sub-district, Kediri regency as pointed out by fn = 125.683 > 2.68. The model of the correlation between the three independent variables and the independent variables with the multiple regression analysis results in the equation of ý = -3.611 + 0.194x1 + 0.415x2 + 0.409x3. The effective contribution of x1, x2, and x3¬ is 76.49%, and that of other factors is 23.51%.
