Pengaruh iklim organisasi, etos kerja dan disiplin kerja terhadap efektifitas kinerja organisasi di Politeknik Kesehatan Surakarta

ABSTRAK Tujuan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh iklim organisasi, etos kerja dan disiplin kerja terhadap efektifitas kinerja organisasi di Politeknik Kesehatan Surakarta. Metode. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan metode cross sectional. Jumlah sampel sebanyak 55 responden dengan proportional cluster random sampling. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan memberi kuesioner kepada responden. Analisis data menggunakan regresi linier berganda. Hasil. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa hipotesis penelitian diterima dalam arti bahwa terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan variabel bebas terhadap variabel terikat baik secara sendiri-sendiri maupun secara bersama-sama. Penelitian ini juga menyimpulkan bahwa iklim organisasi memberikan sumbangan sebesar 26,2548% terhadap efektifitas kinerja organisasi, etos kerja memberikan sumbangan sebesar 26,474% terhadap efektifitas kinerja organisasi, dan disiplin kerja memberikan sumbangan sebesar 28,0034% terhadap efektifitas kinerja organisasi. Sedangkan iklim organisasi, etos kerja dan disiplin kerja secara bersama-sama memberikan sumbangan 80,8% terhadap efektifitas kinerja organisasi di Politeknik Kesehatan Surakarta. Kesimpulan dan saran. Kesimpulan penelitian terdapat pengaruh iklim organisasi, etos kerja dan disiplin kerja terhadap efektifitas kinerja organisasi di Politeknik Kesehatan Surakarta. Sebagai saran untuk meningkatkan efektifitas kinerja organisasi di Politeknik Kesehatan Surakarta perlu ditingkatkan iklim kerja, etos kerja dan disiplin kerja. ABSTRACT Objectives. The research aims at finding out the influence of organizational climate, work ethic and discipline on the effectiveness of organizational performance at The Health Polytechnics of Surakarta. Method. The research was a quantitative with cross sectional study. 55 respondents were taken as samples using proportional cluster random sampling. The data was collected through questionnaire. The data collected were analyzed using Multiple Linear Regression. Result. The research results show that the research hypothesis is valid; it means that there is a significant influence of independent variable on dependent one either individually or collectivelly. From the analysis, it can be concluded that the contribution of organizational climate on the effectiveness of organizational performance is about 26,2548%; that of work ethic on the effectiveness of organizational performance is about 26,474%; and the contribution of discipline on the effectiveness of organizational performance is about 28,0034%. To sum up, the influence of organizational climate, work ethic and disciplin on effectiveness of organizational performance at the Health Polytechnics of Surakarta is about 80,8%. Conclusion and suggestion. The research concludes that there is a significant influence of organizational climate, work ethic and discipline on effectiveness of organizational performance at the Health Polytechnics of Surakarta. The research thus suggests that increasing the effectiveness of organizational performance at the Health Polytechnics of Surakarta is necessary to be done in order to improve its organizational climate, work ethic and discipline.
