ABSTRAC The aims of this research are to find out: (1) whether there is an correlation between the leadership style of the school principal on the performance of the teachers of State Junior Secondary School of One Roof System, Kerugmunggang, Borobudur sub-district, Magelang regency; (2) whether there is an correlation between the working atmosphere on the performance of the teachers of State Junior Secondary School of One Roof System, Kerugmunggang, Borobudur sub-district, Magelang regency; (3) whether there is an correlation between the leadership style of the school principal and the working atmosphere on the performance of the teachers of State Junior Secondary School of One Roof System, Kerugmunggang, Borobudur sub-district, Magelang regency. This research was conducted at State Junior Secondary School of One Roof System, Kerungmunggang, Borobudur sub-district, Magelang regency. Its population was all of the 54 teachers of State Junior Secondary School of One Roof System, Kerugmunggang, Borobudur sub-district, Magelang regency. All of the population was taken as the samples of the research. The data of the research were analyzed by using a multiple linear regression analysis. The pre-requisite test of the research used the normality test, the linearity test, and the independention test. The results of the analysis are as follows: (1) there is a positive effect of the leadership style of the school principal on the performance of the teachers of State Junior Secondary School of One Roof System, Kerugmunggang, Borobudur sub-district, Magelang regency as indicated by the value of tcount = 6,253 > t table = 1,676 at the significance level of 0,000 (<0,005). The effective contribution of the variable of the leadership style of the school principal amounting to 25,76% can be interpreted that 25,76% of the variations in the variable of the performance of the teachers can be predicted by the variable of the leadership style of the school principal. (2) there is a positive effect of the variable of the working atmosphere on the performance of the teachers of State Junior Secondary School of One Roof System, Kerugmunggang, Borobudur sub-district, Magelang regency as shown by the value of tcount = 6,615 > t table = 1,676 at the significance level of 0,000 (<0,005). The effective contribution of the variable of the working atmosphere amounting to 31,11% can be intepreted that 31,11% of the variations of the variable of the performance of the teachers can be predicted by the variable working atmosphere. (3) there is a simultaneous positive effect of the leadership style of the school principal and the working atmosphere on the performance of the teachers of State Junior Secondary School of One Roof System, Kerugmunggang, Borobudur sub-district, Magelang regency as proven by the value of F =33,690 at the significance level of 0,000 (<0,005).
