ABSTRAK
Tujuan dalam penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui (1) hubungan persepsi guru terhadap supervisi klinis dengan kinerja guru pada SMA Negeri di Kabupaten Magelang. (2) hubungan persepsi guru terhadap bantuan supervisor dengan kinerja guru pada SMA Negeri di Kabupaten Magelang, dan (3) hubungan persepsi guru terhadap supervisi klinis dan persepsi guru terhadap bantuan supervisor secara bersama-sama dengan kinerja guru pada SMA Negeri di Kabupaten Magelang.
Penelitian ini dilakukan di Sekolah Menengah Atas Kabupaten Magelang. Dengan jumlah populasi sebanyak 395 guru. Sampel yang diambil dalam penelitian ini menggunakan tabel Nomogram dengan taraf kesalahan 5%, jadi besarnya sampel yang diambil sebanyak 182 guru. Pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini dilakukan dengan cara proporsional random sampling. Teknik analisis data dengan menggunakan uji asumsi klasik (uji multikolinearitas, uji normalitas, uji linearitas, dan uji independensi), uji hipotesis (analisis regresi linear berganda), uji t, uji ketepatan model (uji f dan koefisien determinasi), dan sumbangan prediktor (sumbangan relatif dan efektif).
Hasil penelitian ini adalah (1) Koefisien korelasi variabel persepsi guru terhadap supervisi klinis dengan kinerja guru adalah sebesar 0,891. Besarnya sumbangan efektif persepsi guru terhadap supervisi klinis sebesar 29,8% memberikan arti bahwa setiap peningkatan persepsi guru terhadap supervisi klinis sebesar satu satuan akan meningkatkan kinerja guru sebesar 29,8% dengan asumsi bahwa faktor kinerja guru yang lain dianggap tetap. (2) Bantuan Supervisor Dengan Kinerja Guru. Koefisien korelasi variabel bantuan supervisor dengan kinerja guru adalah sebesar 0,883. Besarnya sumbangan efektif variabel bantuan supervisor sebesar 22,7% memberikan arti bahwa setiap peningkatan bantuan supervisor sebesar satu satuan akan meningkatkan kinerja guru di SMA Negeri Kabupaten Magelang sebesar 22,7%, dengan asumsi bahwa faktor kinerja lain dianggap tetap (3) Persepsi Guru Terhadap Supervisi Klinis dan Bantuan Supervisor berhubungan Secara Bersama-Sama Dengan Kinerja Guru. Uji keberartian dengan menggunakan uji F menghasilkan nilai F hitung sebesar 98,733.

ABSTRACT
The aims of this research are of find out: (1) the correlation between the teachers perception and the clinica supervision towards the performance of the teachers of State Senior Secondary Schools in Magelang Regency; (2) the correlation between the teachers perception and the supervisor assistance the performance of the teachers of State Senior Secondary Schools in Magelang Regency; and (3) the simultaneous correlation between the teachers perception and the clinical supervicion and the supervisor assistance towards the performance of the teachers of State Senior Secondary Schools in Magelang Regency.
This research was conducted at State Senior Secondary Schools in Magelang Regency. Its population was all of the 395 teachers of State Senior Secondary Schools in Magelang Regency. The samples taken in this research were the ones using nomogram tabel at the significance level of 5%. Thus, the number of samples was 182. They were taken by using a proportional random sampling technique. The data of the research were analyzed by using classical assumptions (multicollinearity test, normality test, linearity test, and independention test), t test, model appropriateness test (F test and determination coefficient), and predictor contribution (relative and effective contribution).
Result of this research is ( 1) Correlation coefficient perception variable learn to klinis supervision with performance learn is equal to 0,891.
