Hubungan karakteristik petani dengan persepsi petani terhadap sistem resi gudang komoditas padi (oryza sativa) di kecamatan jaten kabupaten Karanganyar

Sistem Resi Gudang mempunyai peranan yang sangat bermanfaat bagi kehidupan petani khususnya dalam membantu petani dalam memasarkan hasil, penyediaan fasilitas pergudangan dan pemberian kredit. Berpengaruhnya secara langsung Sistem Resi gudang terhadap petani khususnya pada komoditas padi. Keberadaan dari Sistem Resi gudang yang baru berjalan di Kecamatan Jaten tersebut perlu diketahui bagaimana persepsi petani terhadap keberadaan lembaga tersebut, sehingga nantinya akan dapat dijadikan dasar untuk lebih memaksimalkan kinerja dari Sistem Resi gudang sebagai mitra petani. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis persepsi petani terhadap Sistem Resi gudang, kondisi karakteristik faktor internal dan eksternal petani dan menganalisis hubungan karakteristik petani dengan persepsi petani terhadap Sistem Resi gudang komoditas padi di Kecamatan Jaten Kabupaten Karanganyar. Penelitian ini dilakukan di Kecamatan Jaten dengan menggunakan metode deskriptif analitis. Pemilihan daerah sampel dilakukan secara sengaja (purposive), di Kecamatan Jaten karena pengelola maupun gudang dari Sistem Resi gudang berada di Kecamtan Jaten. Responden sebanyak 60 responden dengan menggunakan teknik acak sebanding (proporsional random sampling). Sedangkan metode analisis yang digunakan untuk menganalisis Karakteristik petani dan Persepsi petani terhadap Sistem Resi Gudang komoditas padi menggunakan median score sedangkan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara karekteristik petani dengan persepsi petani terhadap Sitem Resi Gudang menggunakan Uji Keofisien Korelasi Rank Spearman (rs). Berdasarkan hasil penelitian karakteristik petani di Kecamatan Jaten temasuk dalam median skor gabungan 2 dengan kategori sedang. Persepsi petani terhadap Sistem Resi Gudang komoditas padi termasuk dalam median skor gabungan 2 dengan kategori sedang. Hasil analisis Rank Spearman dan uji signifikansi pada tingkat kepercayaan 95 % didapat hasil bahwa hubungan antara karekteristik petani dengan persepsi petani terhadap Sistem Resi Gudang pada komoditas padi adalah terdapat hubungan yang tidak signifikan antara luas penguasaan lahan dengan persepsi petani terhadap Sistem Resi Gudang, terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara pendidikan formal dengan persepsi petani terhadap Sistem Resi Gudang dan terdapat hubungan yang sangat signifikan antara pendidikan non formal, pengalaman, lingkungan sosial, lingkungan ekonomi, dan informasi dengan persepsi petani terhadap Sistem Resi Gudang pada komoditas padi di Kecamatan Jaten. The existence of a new warehouse receipt system is running in sub district Jaten is necessary to know how the perceptions of farmers towards the existence of these institutions, so that will be used as a basis to further maximize the performance of the warehouse receipt system as a partner farmers. This research aimed to analyze the perceptions of farmers towards warehouse receipt system, conditions characteristic of internal and external factors and analyze the relationship between characteristics of farmers and farmer perceptions of warehouse receipt system rice commodity in Sub District Jaten Regency Karanganyar. This research was conducted in Sub District Jaten by using descriptive analytical method. The research location was determined purposively in Sub District Jaten, because the warehouse and management of warehouse receipt system in Sub District Jaten. Respondents as much as 60 respondents using teknik proportional random sampling. While the analytical methods used to analyze the characteristics of farmers and farmer perceptions of warehouse receipt system rice commodity using the median score while to know the relationship between the characteristics of farmers with farmer perceptions of the warehouse receipt system using Spearman Rank Correlation Test Keofisien (rs). Based on this result research the characteristics of the farmer in the Subdistrict Jaten including the median score combined 2 with category medium. Perception of farmers on warehouse receipt system rice commodity is included in a combined median score 2 with category medium. Results of Spearman Rank analysis and test of significance at 95% confidence level is obtained the result that the relationship between the characteristics of farmers with farmer perceptions of the Warehouse Receipt System in rice commodities is that there is no significant relationship between the area of land tenure to farmers' perceptions of the Warehouse Receipt System, there is a significant correlation between perceptions of formal education with f farmer perceptions of the Warehouse Receipt System in rice commodities and there was a significant relationship between non-formal education, experience, social environment, economic environment, and information with farmers' perception of Warehouse Receipt System in commodities of rice in Sub District Jaten Regency Karanganyar.
