Sexual harassment in work place is a problem which exist in Indonesia or in another country in the world. Women experienced sexual harassment in work place most than men. Some of personality attributes like type A personality, locus of control (LOC) and self-esteem also ethical behavior predicted have relationship with sexual harassment in work place. Demographic factors like age, marital status, education and work position are used as control variables which also related to sexual harassment in work place. Respondents participated in the study were women worker who lives in o ne village in Karanganyar. Questionnaires were administered to 150 women. To asses whether there are relationship between personality attributes, ethical behavior, control variable and sexual harassment in work place, hierarchical regression analysis was used. The result showed that first, independent variable has a significant relationship to sexual harassment in work place. Second, type A personality was negatively related to sexual harassment in work place. Third, hypothesis 3 was not assed, because LOC was not reliable. Fourth, self-esteem was not negatively related to sexual harassment in work place. Fifth, ethical behavior was not negatively related to sexual harassment in work place. Sixth, from three independent variable, o nly type A personality which negatively related to sexual harassment in work place. It supposed there’s another factor outside independent variable which also influence sexual harassment in work place like age and marital status
