RINGKASAN Penelitian ini dilaksanakan dari bulan Maret-Desember 2009, dengan menggunakan rancangan acak kelompok lengkap (RAKL) faktor tunggal dari 4 perlakuan yang diulang 6 kali. Perlakuan A: pupuk anorganik dosis rekomendasi + vermikompos 5 ton/ha, Perlakuan B: pupuk anorganik dosis rekomendasi, Perlakuan C: vermikompos 5 ton/ha, Perlakuan D: tanpa pupuk anorganik dan vermikompos. Pupuk anorganik dosis rekomendasi ; urea 226 kg/ha, Phonska 360 kg/ha. Vermikompos : kotoran sapi yang diberi biodekomposer cacing tanah (Lumbricus rubellus ). Variabel yang diamat i adalah P jaringan, P tersedia, berat 1000 biji, berat gabah kering panen. Data dianalisis dengan uji T taraf 1% dan 5% untuk mengetahui perbedaan rerata antar perlakuan dan untuk mengetahui hubungan dari masing-masing variabel pengamatan digunakan uji korelasi. Hasil penelitian menyatakan P jaringan tanaman tert inggi (0,232 ppm) dicapai pada Perlakuan A dan berbeda sangat nyata terhadap perlakuan yang lain. P tersedia tanah tert inggi (15.709 ppm) dicapai pada Perlakuan A dan berbeda nyata terhadap Perlakuan B dan Perlakuan C, namun berbeda t idak nyata terhadap Perlakuan D. Berat gabah 1000 biji tert inggi (23,61 gram) dicapai pada Perlakuan A dan berbeda tidak nyata terhadap Perlakuan B dan Perlakuan C, namun berbeda nyata terhadap Perlakuan D. Berat gabah kering panen tert inggi (5,939 ton/ha) dicapai pada Perlakuan A dan berbeda sangat nyata terhadap Perlakuan B dan Perlakuan C, namun berbeda nyata terhadap Perlakuan D. Kata kunci: pupuk anorganik, vermikompos, fosfor, padi (Oryza sativa L.) SUMMARY This research has been done on March-December 2009, used Randomized Completely Block Design (RCBD) with single factor from 4 treatment was repeated 6 times. Treatment A : recommended dosage inorganic fert ilizer (226 kg/ha of urea + 360 kg/ha of Phonska) + vermicompost 5 ton/ha, Treatment B : inorganic fert ilizer (226 kg/ha of urea + 360 kg/ha of Phonska), Treatment C : organic fert ilizer 5 ton/ha, Treatment D : control. Vermicompost was cow manure which was decomposed with earthworm (Lumbricus rubellus). The observed variable covers were P t issue, P available soil, weight of 1000 seeds, weight of dry seeds yield. The data was analyzed with T-test level 1% and 5% to compare the average among the treatment s and whereas to know the correlat ion of each variables used correlat ion test. The result of this research shows the highest of P plants tissue (0,232 ppm) reached in treatment A and high significant with other treatment . The highest P available soil (15,709 ppm) reached in treatment A and significant with treatment B and treatment C, but not-significant with treatment D. The highest weight of 1000 seeds (23,61 g) reached in increasing treatment A and not-significant with treatment B and treatment C, but significant with treatment D.
