Abstrak The objective of research is to find out: 1) the difference of practice massed and distributed practice learning approaches effect on the learning achievement of field tennis service precision, (2) the difference of learning achievement of field tennis service precision between the students with low and the one with high eye-hand coordination, and 3) the interaction effect of learning approach and eye-hand coordination on the learning achievement of field tennis service precision. This research employed experimental method with 2 x 2 design. The population of research was semester 6 students of Sport and Physical Education of IKIP Mataram as many as 70 students. The sampling technique used was purposive random sampling, the sample taken consisted of 40 students, comprising 20 students with high eye-hand coordination and 20 students with low eye-hand coordination. The research variable included the independent one consisting of manipulative, attributive variables, and one dependent variable. The manipulative variable consisted of massed practice and distributed learning approaches. The attributive variable consisted of sample group with high and low eye-hand coordination. Technique of collecting data used was test and measurement. The collection of data on field tennis service precision was done using Hewwit’s field tennis service precision test. Technique of analyzing data employed was variance analysis and the hypothesis was tested using Fstatistic calculation at significance level of 5%. Based on the result of research and data analysis, it can be concluded that: 1) there is effect difference between massed practice and distributed practice learning approaches, 2) there is difference of field tennis service precision result between the students with high eye-hand coordination and the one with low eyehand coordination, 3) there is an interaction effect of the learning approach and eye-hand coordination on the field tennis service precision.
