Pengaruh macam pupuk npk dan macam varietas terhadap pertumbuhan dan hasil tanaman terong ungu (solanum melongena l.)

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh macam pupuk dan macam varietas, serta interaksinya terhadap pertumbuhan dan hasil tanaman terong ungu (Solanum melongena L.). Penelitian dilaksanakan di rumah kaca Fakultas Pertanian UNS dengan ketinggian 95 m dpl. Pada bulan Maret sampai Agustus 2009. Penelitian ini disusun secara faktorial menggunakan RAL (Rancangan Acak Lengkap) dengan 2 faktor perlakuan yaitu faktor pertama, macam pupuk terdiri atas tiga taraf yaitu : M1 (Multi NPK), M2 (Phonska), M3 (Mutiara). Faktor kedua, macam varietas terdiri atas tiga taraf yaitu: V1 (Valerie), V2 (Mustang), V3 (Mega Ungu). Tiap perlakuan diulang tiga ulangan. Data yang diperoleh dianalisis dengan analisis uji F taraf 5%, apabila berbeda nyata dilanjutkan dengan uji DMRT. Perlakuan macam pupuk mampu meningkatkan terhadap variabel pertumbuhan meliputi variabel berat kering brangkasan dan saat berbunga. Perlakuan macam varietas mampu meningkatkan terhadap pertumbuhan dan hasil, tinggi tanaman jumlah daun, panjang buah, jumlah total buah yang di panen, berat buah dan diameter buah. Interaksi antara macam pupuk dengan macam varietas menunjukkan tidak berpengaruh nyata terhadap macam pupuk dan macam varietas. Hasil tertinggi dicapai pada varietas valerie dengan pupuk phonska yaitu 81,24 g/crop, sedangkan hasil terendah dicapai varietas mega ungu dengan pupuk mutiara seberat 38,03 g/tanaman. ABSTRACT The aim of research was studied the effect of fertilizer and types of varieties, and the interaction of plant on growth and yield of purple eggplant (Solanum melongena L.). The experiment had been done at green house of Agriculture Faculty UNS long altitude at 95 metre above sea level. This research from March until August 2009. These experiment used completely randomized design with two treatments factor. The first factor, kind of mediums which consist of three levels. They are M1 (Multi NPK), M2 (Phonska) and M3 (Mutiara). The second factor, the kind of variety which consist of three levels. They are V1 (valerie), V2 (Mustang) and V3 (mega Ungu). Each treatments was repeated three levels. The data obtained were analized by F test 5% and followed by DMRT, if the data analysis was significantly different. The result showed the used of fertilizer was be able on growth dry weight, and emerges first flower. The result varieties be able on growth yield crops, long fruit, high crops, variable number leaves, fruit long, total number of fruit harvested, fruit heavy and fruit diametre. Interaction among of the kind of fertilizer and varietas was not significant on growth and yield of purple eggplant crops. High yields on combination fertilizer phonska and varieties valerie 81,24 g/crop,however yield turn among combination varieties mega ungu and fertilizer mutiara weight 38,03 g/crops.
