Pengaruh intensitas kebisingan terhadap kelelahan kerja pada tenaga kerja penggilingan padi di Kecamatan Mojolaban Sukoharjo

ABSTRAK PB Lumbung dan PB Sri Mulyo merupakan industri kecil yang bergerak di bidang penggilingan padi. Industri ini memakai mesin-mesin yang intensitas bisingnya melebihi nilai ambang batas (NAB) 85 dBA. Intensitas kebisingan yang melebihi NAB dapat menyebabkan kelelahan kerja bagi orang yang terpapar selama 8 jam sehari atau 40 jam seminggu. Sehingga tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh intensitas kebisingan terhadap kelelahan kerja pada tenaga kerja penggilingan padi di kecamatan Mojolaban Sukoharjo. Penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian observasional analitik. Subjek penelitiannya adalah semua tenaga kerja PB Lumbung dan PB Sri Mulyo yang berjumlah 21 orang dengan teknik sampling yang digunakan purposive sampling yang syarat-syaratnya berjenis kelamin laki-laki, berusia 20-49 tahun, masa kerja lebih dari 5 tahun, status gizi normal dan kondisi kesehatan baik atau sehat dan tidak dalam keadaan sakit. Subjek yang memenuhi kriteria tersebut berjumlah 17 orang. Data disajikan dalam bentuk tabulasi dan untuk mengetahui pengaruh intensitas kebisingan terhadap kelelahan kerja pada tenaga kerja menggunakan uji statistik fisher exact probability test. Hasil uji statistik fisher exact probability test menunjukkan bahwa nilai exact sig. (1-sided) adalah 0,044 (p>0,01 tetapi ≤0,05) yang berarti ada pengaruh yang signifikan intensitas kebisingan terhadap kelelahan kerja pada tenaga kerja. Dari penelitian ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa intensitas kebisingan berpengaruh terhadap kelelahan kerja pada tenaga kerja. Sehingga bagi pekerja sebaiknya menggunakan ear plug saat bekerja untuk mencegah gangguan kesehatan yang dapat menimbulkan kelelahan kerja akibat kebisingan yang ditimbulkan oleh mesin penggilingan padi. ABSTRACT PB Lumbung and PB Sri Mulyo are small industry enterprises that operate in rice mill activities. These enterprises operating machines where their noises intensity are over the Threshold Limit Value (TLV) 85 dBA. The noises intensity in such condition of beyond the Threshold Limit Value (TLV) resulted work fatigue of the workers who work in 8 hours a day or in 40 hours in a week. The purpose of this research is to find the influence of noises intensity to the work fatigue of the rice mill workers in Mojolaban Subdistrict. The research of this thesis using an observational analytic. The subjects of the research are the whole workers of PB Lumbung and PB Sri Mulyo totally 21 people by sampling technique that used in purposive sampling in the condition of being males, aged 20 to 49 years old with the working experience of 5 years long, having normal nutrient status and in good health or healthy not ill. The subjects with the criteria are 17 people. The data presented in tabulation form and to find the influence of noises intensity to the work fatigue of the rice mill workers using a statistic test of fisher exact probability test. The result of statistic fisher exact probability test shows that the exact sig. (1-sided) value is 0,044 (p>0,01 but ≤0,05) it means that there is any significant influence of noises intensity to the work fatigue of the workers. From the result of this research can be concluded that the noises intensity influced to the work fatigue of the workers. With that result for the workers should make use of ear plug while they working to prevent from the health obstruction that leads to the work fatigue as the result of noises from the rice mill machines.
