ABSTRACT Medical record data processing has been done manually,so that the officers shall look for the data of patients one by one on a register. It is very influential on the accuracy, speed data processing and delays in reporting to the City Health Office. Based on the facts above it was required an inpatient service information system-based computers at Public Health Center Banyuanyar, Surakarta that can assist in the process of medical service transactions and avoiding the documents can be easily damaged and medical record and document retrieval medical information in it can be accessed easily, quickly and save resources and produce information quickly, accurately and timely in reporting processes. The aim of this final project is to create inpatient information system at Public Health Center Banyuanyar. The methods to complete this final task were observation, interview and literature study. Inpatient Information System was developed by using Borland Delphi 7.0, MySQL database and Zeos as a connection. Inpatient Management Information System Public Health Center Banyuanyar has been created to process medical records. This information system has some menu there are patient data, patient registration, examination of the patient and the patient out of the transaction. The data collection will be used to print reports patient data, patient registration data, transaction data and patient examination of the patient out. Keywords: System Information, Inpatient
