the Work Management and the Strategies of Kitchen to Improve the Service for the Guests at Sahid Jaya Hotel Solo

ABSTRACT . This report is based on the job training in Sahid Jaya Hotel Solo. The job training was from 22 April until 22 June 2009. The objectives of the report are to know the management of Kitchen in Sahid Jaya Hotel Solo and to know the strategies of Kitchen to improve the guest’s service in Sahid Jaya Hotel Solo. The work management is done by cooking foods and beverages process and it creates working process operated well in the kitchen. A good planning can make the servicing process for the guest is better. The strategies to improve the service for the guest are variation of menus, providing a good service, and providing event packages. The all activities have purpose to make the guest satisfied and the best work management of kitchen is maintaining quality of service and the quality of foods and beverages for giving the best service for the guest.
