ABSTRACTION In company which active in industry marketing strategy is very important required. This area stand in need special attention because relating to continuity of company life PT. INKA represent one example of company which active in transportation industry. To know the step a company in specifying the marketing strategy, is done this research as mean to study the best management in marketing area to make up of sale. The type of research of taken is case study later on description to depict the marketing strategy and then conclusion. Data collecting method taken is observation method (sighting directly to company) and free interview to equip the data obtained in observation. If data have been collected, compiled a report loading important shares related to strategy of marketing export at PT. INKA Madiun to face of competition. The result of research obtained is company apply the marketing strategy by consist of product innovation, price, distribution channel, and promotion. Promotion specified by PT. INKA through the internet. So the buyer can be direct order the product as according to wanted model. Satisfaction of customer play a part very important in decision making of concerning applied marketing strategy. Marketing strategy is role very important to move forward the company value. Marketing also represent the important factor , caused by extension of marketing area which progressively wide, hence company will get the area to conduct the sale effectively.
