ABSTRAK Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh intensitas kebisingan terhadap kelelahan kerja pada tenaga kerja screening di CV. Mekar Sari Wonosari Klaten. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian observasional dengan pendekatan cross sectional. Populasi penelitian berjumlah 43 orang. Teknik pengambilan dengan menggunakan Purposive Sampling, diperoleh sampel sejumlah 32 orang tenaga kerja bagian screening CV. Mekar Sari Wonosari Klaten. Data yang diperoleh diolah dengan menggunakan analisis Chi-Square Test. Berdasarkan uji Chi-Square untuk menguji pengaruh intensitas kebisingan dengan kelelahan kerja diperoleh p value 0,001 (p ≤ 0,01) berarti ada pengaruh intensitas kebisingan terhadap kelelahan kerja secara sangat signifikan. Dan hasil coefisien contingensy sebesar 0,566 berarti intensitas kebisingan menyebabkan kelelahan kerja sebesar 56,6 % dan sisanya dipengaruhi faktor lain. Dari hasil penelitian dan pembahasan dapat disimpulkan yaitu ada pengaruh intensitas kebisingan terhadap kelelahan kerja yang sangat signifikan. Saran yang diberikan peneliti yaitu sebaiknya pemilik industri memberikan alat peredam pada mesin dan menyediakan alat pelindung telinga dan tenaga kerja diwajibkan menggunakan alat pelindung telinga selama bekerja. ABSTRACT The objective of research is to find out the effect of noise intensity on the work fatigue in the screening division’s workers of CV. Mekar Sari Wonosari Klaten. The research uses observasional research with employed cross-sectional approach. The population of research was 43 persons. The sampling technique employed was Non-probability Sampling with Purposive Sampling so that the research obtained 32 screening officers as the sample in CV. Mekar Sari Wonosari Klaten. Technique of collecting data employed was noise measurement using Sound Level Meter and Work Fatigue with Reaction Timer. The data obtained was processed using Chi-Square Test analysis. Based on the Chi-Square test for examining the noise intensity on the work fatigue, it is obtained p value of 0.001 (p≤0.01) meaning that there is a very significant effect of noise intensity on the work fatigue. And the result of contingency coefficient of 0.556 means that noise intensity results in 56.6% work fatigue and the rest is affected by other factors. From the result of research and discussion, it can be concluded that there is a very significant effect of noise intensity on the work fatigue. The recommendation given is that the industry owner should provide the noise reducer tools to the machine and provide the ear protection tool and the workers are obliged to use ear protector during working.
