Penerapan Laboratorium Riil Dan Virtual Pada Pembelajaran Fisika Melalui Metode Eksperimen Ditinjau Dari Gaya Belajar (Studi Kasus Pada Madrasah Tsanawiyah Negeri Karangmojo I Kelas III Tahun Ajaran 2008-2009)

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui (1) ada tidaknya perbedaan prestasi belajar fisika pada siswa yang dalam pembelajaran dengan laboratorium riil dan laboratorium virtual, (2) ada tidaknya perbedaan prestasi belajar fisika antara siswa gaya belajar visual dan siswa dengan gaya belajar kinestetik, (3) ada tidaknya interaksi antara penerapan laboratorium dan gaya belajar terhadap prestasi belajar fisika. Tempat penelitian di MTsN Karangmojo I Magetan, dengan pertimbangan (1) jumlah siswa mencukupi yaitu 4 Kelas, memiliki fasilitas laboratorium riil dan komputer yang cukup, (2) peran guru sebagai sumber belajar cukup dominan, (3) pembelajaran dengan metode eksperimen. (4) siswa berasal dari berbagai kalangan/tingkat ekonomi, sehingga MTsN Karangmojo I Magetan cukup mewakili mayoritas siswa MTs di Kabupaten Magetan. Agar tujuan tersebut tercapai, dilakukan penelitian di MTsN Karangmojo I tahun ajaran 2008 / 2009, sampel diambil secara random sampling yaitu : (1). menentukan sampel kelas secara acak, (2) mengambil sampel siswa dengan acak bersyarat. Data diambil dengan teknik dokumentasi dan tes. Sampel untuk penerapan laboratorium virtual adalah kelas IIIA, kelas IIIB untuk penerapan laboratorium riil. Intrumen penelitian menggunakan tes obyektif dan tes gaya belajar. Analisis data menggunakan pengkatagorian dan anava dua jalan. Hasil penelitian pada taraf signifikan 5 % menunjukan (1) ada perbedaan yang signifikan prestasi belajar fisika antara siswa dalam pembelajaran dengan laboratorium riil dan laboratorium virtual, (2) ada perbedaan pengaruh yang signifikan prestasi belajar fisika antara siswa gaya belajar visual dengan gaya belajar kinestetik, (3) ada interaksi yang signifikan antara gaya belajar dan penerapan laboratorium terhadap prestasi belajar fisika siswa. ABSTRACT The purpose this research are (1) to know the differences result of physics laboratory, (2) to know the differences result of physics learning of the student who use visual learning and kinesthetic, (3) Whether any interaction between the application of laboratory and learning style for the physics learning achievement. The place of the research is in MTsN Karangmojo I Magetan, by the considerations (1) there are enough classes to do this research, four classes, which contain real laboratory facility and enough computer, (2) teacher role as the sources of learning is dominant, (3) Learning using experiment method, (4) the student are come from circles of society and economic class, so MTsN Karangmojo I Magetan can represent the Majority of the MTs Student in Magetan regency. In order to achieve those purpose, the research is held in MTsN Karangmojo I Academic year 2008 – 2009. The example is taken by sampling random i.e. : (1) to decide the example class randomly, (2) to take the students example conditional random. The data are taken through documentation and test. The example of the application of virtual laboratory is ninth A grade. The example for the application of real laboratory is ninth B gerde. The research instruments through objective test and style learning test. The data analysis use categorizing and two ways anava. The result of the research use in significant 5 % shows (1) it has significant influence of physics learning achievement between the student who learn by real laboratory and virtual laboratory, (2) it has difference significant influence of physics learning achievement between the students who learn by visual and kinesthetic learning style, (3) It has significant interaction between the style leraning and the application laboratory to the students physics learning achievement.
