Adi Soemarmo international Airport is the only Airport in Surakarta that serves air transportation. It provides Domestic and International flights. Adi Sumarmo International
This research is based on the problem of the services of the customer relations in Adi Sumarmo International Airport related to the image of the company. In collecting the data, the writer uses qualitative methode. The qualitative data come from observation, interview, and documentory historical. The results of the observation were in the form of field notes.
The results of this research imply that customers of Adi Sumarmo Airport have some needs, such as good airport condition, safety, friendliness, understanding and empathy, fairness, and information. There are many services from the customer relations of Adi Sumarmo International Airport provided, such as information centre, call service, guaranty of the customer safety, good airport condition, and good attitude of the customer relations.
Finally, the writer would like to give some suggestions for Adi Sumarmo International Airport. The customer relations are advised to be more friendly to the customers. The customer relations should give clearer information, and show more emphaty. The company is to pay more attention to the safety of the customers in order to avoid flight accident.
