ABSTRAKSI Proyek akhir ini bertujuan untuk merekayasa dan membuat mesin kompresi biogas untuk memindahkan biogas dari digester ke dalam tabung. Proses perancangan meliputi 4 tahap. Pertama membuat desain mesin yang akan dibuat. Kedua pemilihan alat dan bahan. Ketiga analisa dan perhitungan. Keempat proses produksi sesuai perhitungan. Berdasarkan hasil perancangan komponen utama yang digunakan adalah sebagai berikut : motor listrik 1 HP, kompresor torak, kondensor, kipas kondensor, serta komponen pendukung : one way valve, safety valve, termokontroler, sambungan-sambungan serta pipa aluminium. Biaya produksi yang diperlukan Rp.3.413.175,00 ABSTRAC This last project is purpose to modification an produce biogas compression machine to move biogas from digester to the tube. It’s process of a stage. First of all is make machine design which will be produce. Second is selecting the materials and utilities. Third is analyzing and counting. The last step is producing as much as counting. According to the result, the essential component that is use in this process are : electric motor 1 HP, piston compressor, condensor, condensor fan, and also complement component such as : one way valve, thermo-controller, connector, and aluminium pipe. The cost of production is Rp. 3.413.175,00
