Tinjauan atas penggunaan mobile tax unit (mtu) dalam pelayanan perpajakan dan peranannya terhadap penerimaan pajak di KPP Pratama Klaten

ABSTRAK The purpose of this researh was to determine the taxation of service activities through the Mobile Tax Unit (MTU) and the role of tax revenue in KPP Pratama Klaten. The procedure used in this research was to determine the scope of research in order to obtain a sample to be raised to a problem. Furthermore, descriptively approach was done appropriate with situation and condition of KPP Pratama Klaten through data collection techniques include: interviews, observation, library research, and data processing. From the results it can be concluded that although there are some obstacles in the implementation of taxation services through the Mobile Tax Unit (MTU), the existence Mobile Tax Unit (MTU) helps to improve taxpayer compliance in meeting the tax obligation which resulted in increased tax revenue. Based on the conclusions, the researcher provide some suggestions and recommendations are: to improve facilities and infrastructure in the taxation services, especially services through the Mobile Tax Unit (MTU) and to provide more socialization in the community.
