Kontribusi retribusi pemakaian kekayaan daerah kota Surakarta tahun anggaran 2007-2009

Abstrak To secure and prosperous of the public in area Central Government releases Law No. 8 year 2006 about area autonomy, obliges the local government to fund its own local expense. The source of local expenditure as the local income, btained by optimizing the management of local resources owned by local area. One of Local Original Income (PAD) to which government relies on is from the local retribution sector. One of local retribution types in Surakarta City is Local Wealth Using Retributon (RPKD). The objective of research is to find out the RPKD’s contribution to the Local Original Income (PAD) in Surakarta City during 2007- 2009 periods and resistance any kind of experienced by during retribution collector. The analysis used in this study were analysis on the RPKD during 2007- 2009 periods either from RPKD revenue realization and PAD revenue realization and compared it. The result of research shows that there is still the lack of contribution of RPKD to PAD. Considering the result of research, the writer recommends the government to take some firm measures against the local wealth users that do not comply the regulation and to socialize the prevailing regulation to the local wealth users in order to comply with such regulation.
