Pengaruh suspensi jamur metarhizium anisopliae terhadap mortalitas larva nyamuk anopheles aconitus

Tujuan penelitian: Penelitian bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh suspensi jamur Metarhizium anisopliae terhadap mortalitas larva nyamuk Anopheles aconitus dengan mengukur Lethal Concentration (LC) 50 dan 90. Metode penelitian: Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian eksperimental laboratorik. Subjek penelitian adalah larva nyamuk Anopheles aconitus stadium III. Jumlah sampel adalah 640 larva. Teknik pengambilan sampel dilakukan secara purposive sampling. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan secara primer. Analisis data menggunakan uji regresi linier dan uji analisis probit. Hasil penelitian: Suspensi jamur Metarhizium anisopliae dapat membunuh 50% (LC 50) larva nyamuk Anopheles aconitus stadium III pada konsentrasi jumlah rata-rata 1,87x108 spora/ml dalam 100 ml air dan 90% (LC 90) pada jumlah rata-rata 1,82x109 spora/ml dalam 100 ml air pada kondisi laboratorium. Simpulan Penelitian: Suspensi jamur Metarhizium anisopliae mempunyai pengaruh terhadap mortalitas larva nyamuk Anopheles aconitus. Objective: This study aimed at finding out the toxicity of Metarhizium anisopliae fungus suspension to Anopheles aconitus mosquito larvae by determining its Lethal Concentration (LC) at 50 and 90. Methods: This study is laboratoric experimental type. Subject of this study is Anopheles aconitus mosquito larvae instar III. The sample uses 640 larvaes which are taken by purposive sampling. Primary data is analized by regression linier and probit analysis. Results: The result of the study shows that entomophatogen suspension kills 50% (LC 50) Anopheles aconitus mosquito larvae instar III at the 1.87x108 spora/ml dilution level in 100 ml of water and 90% (LC 90) at the 1.82x109 spora/ml dilution level in 100 ml of water in laboratory condition. Conclusion: The entomophatogenic Metarhizium anisopliae fungus suspension has lethal power to Anopheles aconitus mosquito larvae.
