Perbedaan Angka Kejadian Akne Vulgaris antara Siswa Program Akselerasi dan Non Akselerasi di SMA Negeri 1 Surakarta

Tujuan: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui perbedaan angka kejadian akne vulgaris antara siswa program akselerasi dan non akselerasi di SMA Negeri 1 Surakarta. Metode: Penelitian ini bersifat analitik observasional dengan pendekatan cross sectional. Subyek penelitian adalah siswa kelas XII program akselerasi dan non akselerasi di SMA Negeri 1 Surakarta, masing-masing sejumlah 2 kelas dengan besar sampel 32 orang. Subyek penelitian diambil dengan teknik pengumpulan data purposive sampling. Data penelitian diperoleh dari hasil wawancara dan observasi melihat ujud kelainan kulit berupa komedo, papul, pustul, dan nodul pada daerah predileksi. Data yang diperoleh diuji dengan uji Fisher Exact. Hasil: Hasil perhitungan statistik dengan Fisher Exact Test menunjukkan nilai p = 0,06221. Simpulan: Dari hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa tidak terdapat perbedaan yang bermakna secara statistik angka kejadian akne vulgaris antara siswa program akselerasi dan non akselerasi di SMA Negeri 1 Surakarta Objective: The research goal is to determine the differences of acne vulgaris insidence between student of acceleration and non acceleration class program in SMAN 1 Surakarta. Methods: The research uses an analitical observasional research method with a cross sectional approach. The subjects of the research were students of XII acceleration and non acceleration class in SMAN 1 Surakarta, each of 2 classes that consist of 32 students. Determination of samples was done by purposive sampling. The research data obtained from interviews and observation to see the intention of skin disorders in the form comedones, papules, pustules, and nodules in predilection area. The data obtained were tested by Fisher Exact test. Results: The result of Fisher Exact test founds significance value in p = 0.06221. Conclusion: The results of this study concluded that there was no statistic significant difference of acne vulgaris insidence between student of acceleration and non acceleration class program in SMAN 1 Surakarta.
