Evaluasi kesiapan pemerintah Kota Surakarta dalam pemungutan BPHTB

The purpose of the research is to know Surakarta city government readiness on acquisition tax rightful authority on land and building collection which ascertainable transfer from central tax government to local government. The step of this research is done by interview methodology in relevant parties with calculation, arrangement acquisition tax rightful authority on land building, and study cases. The research done showing things that have been prepared by local government of Surakarta in collecting BPHTB. Based on the research, the writer recommend few suggestion, there are to prepare more human resources who clever and understanding BPHTB and its collecting, also do field survey more often to minimize dishonesty from tax payer.
