Hubungan antara Migrain dengan Kejadian Stroke Iskemik di RSUD Dr. Moewardi Surakarta

Tujuan penelitian: Mengetahui adanya hubungan antara migrain dengan kejadian stroke iskemik di RSUD Dr Moewardi. Metode penelitian: Penelitian ini menggunakan desain observasional analitik dengan pendekatan cross sectional. Subjek penelitian adalah penderita stroke iskemik dan non stroke. Pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan teknik purposive sampling, dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 60 orang, terdiri dari 30 pasien stroke iskemik dan 30 pasien non stroke. Instrumen penelitian menggunakan kuesioner Structured Migraine Interview (SMI). Data yang diperoleh disajikan dalam bentuk tabel dan dianalisis menggunakan Uji Chi Square pada taraf signifikansi α = 0,05. Hasil penelitian: Dari hasil uji statistik diperoleh X2 hitung = 0,577, lebih kecil dari X2 tabel = 3,841 dengan taraf signifikansi 0,05 dan df = 1. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan 5 sampel pasien stroke iskemik menderita migrain dan 25 sampel pasien stroke iskemik tidak menderita migrain. Di samping itu, 3 pasien non stroke menderita migrain dan 27 pasien non stroke tidak menderita migrain. Simpulan: Tidak terdapat hubungan yang bermakna secara statistik antara migrain dan kejadian stroke iskemik di RSUD Dr. Moewardi Surakarta. Kata kunci: migrain, stroke iskemik Objective: The aim of this study was to know the relationship between migraine and the incidence of ischemic stroke at RSUD Dr Moewardi Surakarta. Methods: This study used an observational design with cross sectional approach. The subjects were patients with ischemic stroke and non-stroke. Sampling was conducted with a purposive sampling technique, with a total sample of 60 people, consisted of 30 patients with ischemic stroke and 30 patients with non stroke. The research instrument used Migraine Structured Interview (SMI) questionnaire. The data obtained are presented in tabular form and analyzed using Chi Square test at significance level α = 0.05. Results: From statistic testing was gained X2 calculation = 0,577, smaller than X2 table = 3,841 with significance level 0,05 and df = 1. The result showed 5 samples of ischemic stroke patients sufferred from migraine and 25 samples of ischemic stroke patients did not suffer from migrain. In addition, 3 samples of non stroke patients sufferred from migrain and 27 samples of non stroke patient did not suffer from migrain. Conclusion: There is no statistically significant relationship between migraine and the incidence of ischemic stroke in RSUD Dr. Moewardi Surakarta. Key words: migraine, ischemic stroke
