This final project is intended to know about the efforts improving bellboy’s work in Lor In Hotel. The objectives of this final project report are to know about the efforts improving bellboy’s work, to observe the procedure of bellboy’s work, to know the job description of bellboy and to know the weaknesses faced by the bellboy in improving work in Lor In Hotel. This report is arranged based on the data taken from the observation done in Lor In Hotel, Business, Resort, and Spa. This observation is done in order to know more about Lor In Hotel, the works and activities of bellboy in Lor In Hotel. The writer worked as a bellboy on the job training for three months.
