An agency requires an application that can assist in the management letter. Management letter on the agency uses print file frequent errors in the data storage of a letter. Application Correspondence are very necessary, in addition to the management letter is also required to issue a letter to more quickly and efficiently. Application of the correspondence is aimed at changing the way storage is hardfile letters became tangible softfile mail archives. Application letters contribute to both agencies. In the design phase, tools used are context diagram, data flow diagrams, entity relationship diagrams, database tables, and flow charts. Software applications used in the developing of this correspondence using xampp to run a web server, MySQL for database management, as well as the use of AJAX technology in data management of outgoing mail. Implementation of the application of correspondence are include two user interfaces, Implementation of the application of correspondence shows two interface display, namely the interface officers and administrators interface. Application of correspondence able to make outgoing mail more quickly and efficiently, enter the incoming mail data. Provide a letter archives storage facilities, so it can be well managed.
