PT. Anugrah Mandiri Makmur is a distributor of computers, including one of the pioneers in the city of Solo. The author discusses the Final System Acceptance of Cash From the Credit Sales at PT. Anugrah Mandiri Makmur with the aim of identifying strengths and weaknesses of the Accounting System. The advantages of this system include a good separation of functions and the supplementary documents. The disadvantage is the existence of the functions performed by the same people and the recording activities are still using manual methods. Based on these weaknesses, the author tries to give advice which may be useful for the company. These suggestions are a company should put different people in carrying out a function and should the company change the method from manual to computerized record keeping.
