“Rollover Event Organizer” : The Internal and External Problems in Handling Mix Rock Event in Klaten with Their Solutions

This Final Project Report is written based on the job training done at Rollover Event Organizer, Surakarta within 1 month from 10 February until 12 March. The objective of this Final Project Report is to describe Rollover Event Organizer : the internal and external problems in Handling Mix Rock Event in Klaten with their solution. The data of the report were collected by observing and getting information from the activities of handling Mix Rock event in Klaten. The result shows that the internal problems in Handling Mix Rock Event are : artist payment and production cost; the provision of equipment; production time determination; and crew coordination. The external poblems faced by Rollover Event Organizer in Handling Mix Rock are : Rollover Event Organizer’s report to PT. HM Sampoerna was considered not neat and inadequate; the weather could not be predicted; and licence from the Police Officer came late. In this event, Public Relation officers did their duties well. Public Relation officers could help solve the internal and external problem in handling Mix Rock Event in Klaten. The writer also gives some suggestions to Rollover Organizer’s crews to maximize their jobs, to be better in making plan, and to be a stronger team work.
