activities requires a tool that can record and monitor the movement of teachers that is expected to facilitate the re-analysis of a teacher, especially in micro- teaching activities. Therefore writer creates a system of mechanical tools in the form of a video camera that moves to follow the teaching with a manual control and connected to the PC operator. So that the operator is easier to monitor the course of the activities of the operator room. The purpose of this thesis is to create a tool that can drive video camera to record and monitor the activities of micro-teaching through a PC. The system uses this tool as a microcontroller ATmega16 controller mechanics. Uses media software applications that are made from Borland delphi7 as a media user interfaces. The results of the final project is that controler video at mikro teaching room LPP Universitas Sebelas Maret Surakarta.
