Teaching and Learning Activities in SMP An-Najah Gondang, Sragen

This final report project is written based on the job training activities in SMP An-Najah Gondang. The aim of this final project is to describe the process of English Teaching and Learning in SMP An Najah Gondang using Education Curriculum Unit. The teaching-learning activity consists of observing the class, making lesson plan, and teaching English. In the teaching and learning process, I did some activities, such as: greeting, explaining, giving assignments, and testing. I also showed some problems in the teaching and learning process. The problems were student’s motivation, facilities, and course book. I also presented the solutions to solve the problems.
