This final project was written by the writer to fulfill the requirement in obtaining the English Diploma Program Degree, Faculty of Letters and Fine Arts, Sebelas Maret University. This final project discusses about the efforts of Marketing and Customer Care Division of Karanganyar Post Office 57700 to provide good service.
