One of the tools for analyzing a firm's performance in managing the company finances is to perform analysis of financial ratios of companies that have established and implemented. This research conducted at PT. Angkasa Pura I (Persero) Bandara Adi Soemarmo-Surakarta. Purpose of this study is to analyze the financial performance of PT. Angkasa Pura I (Persero) based on financial ratio analysis of financial statements in the years 2008-2010 as well as projecting future financial statements using the pro forma financial statements. Based on the results of research that has been done, the writer can take the conclusions outlined PT. Angkasa Pura I (Persero) showed a poor performance in terms of financial management company. however, there are also weaknesses that found that the solvability ratio, liquidity, and profitability has decreased each year. Based on deficiencies found the author gives advice to the PT. Angkasa Pura I (Persero) in order to further increase liquidity, especially for the ratio of cash to have a good ability to fulfill its current liabilities. to increase liquidity, the company can conduct policy by optimizing the billing of receivables owned so can increase current assets.
