Analisis ketersediaan pangan pokok dan pola konsumsi Rumah Tangga Petani di Kecamatan Bulu Kabupaten Sukoharjo

This research is aimed to analyse the proportion of food expendeture and consumption on the income of dry land farmer household in Boyolali regency, to analyse the energy and protein consumption of dry land farmer household in Boyolali regency, and to analyse food security of dry land farmer household in Boyolali regency. This research used descriptive analysis method and executed survey technique. This research was done in Boyolali Regency. Ngagrong Village of Ampel Subdistrict had chosen as research area purposively sampling. The data used in this research are primary and secondary data. The data are collected through an observation, interview and recording. The data are analised though an descriptive analysis, everage analysis and percentage analysis. The result of research showed that the everage expendeture on non food is 43,31%, and the average expendeture proportion on food is 56,69%. The average of energy and protein adequacy level are 1.480,43 kkal/cap/day and 52,23 gram/cap/day. Therefore, the nutritional edaquency level 72,85% for energy, so included in less edaquency level, and 99,04% for protein, and included in medium edaquency level. Food security’s condition of rice farmer household is 10% are adequate foods, 10% are vulnerable foods, 30% are less food and 50% are prone foods. From the results of this research can be suggested to improve the knowledge about nutrition at the household and Increasing household incomes, thereby reducing the proportion of food expenditure and household food security is achieved.
