Persepsi siswa dan guru pamong terhadap kompetensi Mahasiswa ppl pendidikan akuntansi FKIP UNS Di SMA negeri Se Kota Surakarta Tahun 2010

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk (1) mengetahui persepsi siswa terhadap kompetensi mahasiswa PPL pendidikan akuntansi di SMA Negeri Se Kota Surakarta tahun 2010 ditinjau dari kompetensi pedagogik, kompetensi profesional, kompetensi kepribadian, dan kompetensi social, (2) mengetahui persepsi guru pamong terhadap kompetensi mahasiswa PPL pendidikan akuntansi di SMA Negeri Se Kota Surakarta tahun 2010 ditinjau dari kompetensi pedagogik, kompetensi profesional, kompetensi kepribadian, dan kompetensi sosial Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif. Penelitian dilaksanakan di SMA Negeri di Surakarta. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh siswa SMA kelas XI sejumlah 726 siswa dan 9 guru pamong. Sampel untuk siswa diambil dengan teknik proportional random sampling dengan jumlah 182 siswa dan 9 guru pamong. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner, dokumentasi dan wawancara, yang selanjutnya dianalisis dengan analisis deskriptif persentase (DP). Berdasarkan hasil analisis data dapat disimpulkan: (1) Persepsi siswa dan guru pamong terhadap kompetensi pedagogik mahasiswa PPL baik dengan persentase sebesar 69,31% dan 75%. (2) Persepsi siswa dan guru pamong terhadap kompetensi professional mahasiswa PPL baik dengan persentase 67,58% dan 75,83%. (3) Persepsi siswa dan guru pamong terhadap kompetensi kepribadian mahasiswa PPL baik dengan persentase 71,52% dan 76,67%. (4) persepsi siswa dan guru pamong terhadap kompetensi sosial mahasiswa PPL baik dengan persentase 71,72% dan 80,56%. Kata kunci: kompetensi guru, PPL (Praktik Pengalaman Lapangan), persepsi siswa SMA, persepsi guru pamong The objectives of research are (1) to find out the student’s perception on the competency of accounting education pre-service teacher of Teacher Training and Education Faculty of UNS in Public Senior High Schools throughout Surakarta City in 2010 viewed from the pedagogical, professional, personality, and social competencies, and (2) to find out the guardian teacher’s perception on the competency of accounting education pre-service teacher of Teacher Training and Education Faculty of UNS in Public Senior High Schools throughout Surakarta City in 2010 viewed from the pedagogical, professional, personality, and social competencies. This research employed a descriptive quantitative research method. This study was taken place in Public Senior High Schools throughout Surakarta. The population of research was the all XI graders of Senior High School consisting of 726 students, and 9 guardian teachers. The sample of student was taken using proportional random sampling technique consisting of 18 students and 9 guardian teachers. Techniques of collecting data used were questionnaire, documentation and interview, analyzed further using percentage descriptive (DP) analysis. Considering the result of data analysis, it can be concluded that: (1) the student’s and guardian teacher’s perception on the pedagogical competency of pre-service teachers is good of 69.31% and 75%. (2) the student’s and guardian teacher’s perception on the professional competency of pre-service teachers is good of 67.58% and 75.83%. (3) the student’s and guardian teacher’s perception on the personality competency of pre-service teachers is good of 71.52% and 76.67%. (4) the student’s and guardian teacher’s perception on the personality competency of pre-service teachers is good of 71.2% and 80.56%.
