This research intent to compare society income and after mark sense district Development Program at Karanganyar distric, Ngawi Regency, East Java Provinsi. Analisis this was sharpened by sees straightforward district Development Program at the site in order to know society and influence revenue enhancement its to development. Using document in this research is primary document and skunder’s document. Acquired primary document of 60 respondents of 2 villages at territorial Karanganyar’s district Ngawi’s regency, which is village Mengger and Karanganyar village. Each village is taken as much 30 respondents.
