Tax is a duty contribution to the country that must be payed by personal or corporation who had compulsed characteristic based on legislative, with no retaine directly and used to country necessary for wealthy citizen. The purpose of this research is to know how is the income of annual SPT in KPP Pratama of Karanganyar. Beside that, the purpose of this research is to know the effort that done by KPP Pratama of Karangnyar to increase the consciousness of personal tax payer in reporting income tax. This research was taken by interview method, observation and literature method. Based on the result of this research, the annual SPT income in KPP Pratama of Karanganyar in year 2009 has increased until the income tax also raised. The researcher gives some suggestion to raising the information and service that hoping can increase the income of reporting annual SPT personal tax payer in KPP Pratama of Karanganyar for the next year.
