People with physical defect have the same rights to extend theirself in order to seize at better quality of life. That is why people with physical defect need to be deceived so that they can live properly and independenly. This research is aimed for describe the strategy of BBRSBD Prof. Dr. Soeharso in Surakarta in order to deceive the physical defect accusative. The research is use cualitative descriptive method. Source information for this research is collected by interviewing informan and reading archives or documents that is associated with research. This reseacrh implemented purposive sampling as a method to collect samples. Data gathering technique that done by this research are interview, observation, and archives dechiperment. In order to guarantee the validity of the data, researcher uses triangulation technique for the research, whereas data analysis technique researcher uses interactive model of analysis. Based on the research which is held in BBRSBD Prof. Dr. Soeharso in Surakarta, the result informed that BBRSBD Prof. Dr. Soeharso in Surakarta has done some social activities to be founded by SWOT analysis and policies which are made by BBRSBD Prof. Dr. Soeharso itself. Policies whom made by BBRSBD Prof. Dr. Soeharso are (1) to increase in and out instance erection communication, (2) to increase socialitation for kelayan, (3) to increase supervision in and out dormitory, (4) to increase supervision through employee establishment, (5) holding home visit programme and communication establishment for kelayan, (6) to increase the quality of human resource for instructur, (7) to minimalize false information which is given by student while they are sign in by carefully collect information through a good cooperation between employee, (8) to increase communication establishment in region.
