Analisis hubungan proporsi pengeluaran dan konsumsi pangan dengan ketahanan pangan rumah tangga petani padi sawah di Kabupaten Karanganyar

Naskah publikasi ini disusun berdasarkan penelitian, yang bertujuan untuk mengetahui besarnya pendapatan dan pengeluaran rumah tangga petani, proporsi pengeluaran pangan dan proporsi pengeluaran non pangan terhadap pengeluaran total rumah tangga petani, konsumsi energi dan protein rumah tangga petani, hubungan antara proporsi pengeluaran pangan dengan konsumsi energi rumah tangga petani dan kondisi ketahanan pangan rumah tangga petani di Kabupaten Karanganyar dilihat dari indikator proporsi pengeluaran pangan dan tingkat konsumsi energi. Metode dasar yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif analitis. Penelitian ini dilakukan di Kabupaten Karanganyar. Metode pengambilan lokasi penelitiannya secara purposive, yaitu di Desa Kaliwuluh Kecamatan Kebakkramat. Jenis dan sumber data yang digunakan terdiri atas data primer dan data sekunder. Teknik pengumpulan data dengan observasi, wawancara, pencatatan dan recall method. Metode analisis data secara deskriptif dengan analisis rata-rata dan presentase. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa rata-rata pendapatan rumah tangga petani di Kabupaten Karanganyar sebesar Rp 1.184.604,17 dan pengeluaran rumah tangga petani sebesar Rp 1.376.370,50. Besarnya rata-rata proporsi pengeluaran pangan terhadap pengeluaran total adalah 57,60%, artinya pengeluaran pangan masih mengambil bagian terbesar dari total pengeluaran rumah tangga petani di Kabupaten Karanganyar. Rata-rata konsumsi energi dan protein adalah 1.321,41 kkal/orang/hari dan 42,82 gram/orang/hari serta Tingkat Konsumsi Energi 65,25% dan rata-rata Tingkat Konsumsi Protein 80,73%. Hubungan antara proporsi pengeluaran pangan dengan konsumsi energi adalah berlawanan, artinya proporsi pengeluaran pangan tinggi, maka konsumsi energi rendah. Kondisi ketahanan pangan rumah tangga petani di Kabupaten Karanganyar terdiri atas kategori tahan pangan sebesar 53,33%, rentan pangan 40,00%, kurang pangan 3,33%, dan 3,33% termasuk dalam kondisi rawan pangan This research is aimed to determine the amount of income and expenditure of farm households, the proportion of food expenditure and the proportion of non-food expenditure to total expenditure of farm households, the consumption of energy and protein peasant households, the relation between the proportion of food expenditure in household energy consumption and the condition of peasant resistance household food growers in the security of Karanganyar seen from the indicators of the proportion of food expenditure and energy consumption levels. The basic method used in this research is descriptive analytic method. The research was conducted in Karanganyar Regency. location retrieval method purposive their research, in Kaliwuluh Village Kebakkramat Subdistrict. Types and sources of data used consists of primary data and secondary data. Data collection techniques with observation, interviewing, recording and recall method. Descriptive data analysis methods to the analysis of the average and percentage. The results showed that the average household income of farmers in Karanganyar Regency of Rp 1.184.604,17 and expenditures of farm households to Rp 1.376.370,50. The amount of the average proportion of food expenditure to total expenditure was 57,60%, meaning that food expenditures are still taking the lion's share of total household expenditure in Karanganyar Regency farmers. Average consumption of energy and protein is 1321,41 kcal/person/day and 42,82 g/person/day and Energy Consumption Rate 65,25% and the average consumption level of 80,73% protein. The relationship between the proportion of food expenditure in energy consumption is the opposite, meaning that the proportion of food expenditure is high, then low energy consumption. Conditions of household food security of farmers in Karanganyar Regency consists of categories of food lasting for 53,33%, 40,00% vulnerable to food, food less 3,33%, and 3,33% is included in the conditions of food insecurity..
