The policy of solo grand mall reflected in the organizational structure and its influence in the public relations division

This final project report is written based on the job training done at Solo Grand Mall within a month in Public Relations Division. The objectives of this report are to describe the policy of Solo Grand Mall reflected in the Organizational Structure and to describe the influence of the policy on the Public Relations of Solo Grand Mall. The following job description of Public Relations are keeping reputation for company, These are the things to do in creating and developing the positive image in Public Relations division of Solo grand Mall: building good cooperation and relationship with media, building good cooperation with tourism agencies, conducting social activities, following meetings and seminars in various institutions. The writer learned that Solo Grand Mall’s policy on the duties and responsibilities of each division is reflected through its organizational structure. Public relations division is in a row with the secretariat under the direct general manager. This organization structure has the good and bad influences. The good influence is that its responsibilities are more focused and directed, so that they can perform tasks and duties well. The bad influences are Public Relations Division often lost coordination with its partners, Public Relations does not know exactly the tenants and costumers’ needs, and it does not have a partner to share an idea. Hopefully, this final project report can be beneficial to all the readers.
