This study examined the predictive relationship between dimensions of emotional intelligence and career decision making self-efficacy and between dimensions of emotional intelligence and career commitment and exploration. The researcher also wanted to examine moderating effect of sex o n the relationship between dimensions of emotional intelligence and career decision making self-efficacy and also emotional intelligence and career commitment and exploration.
Data were colllected by using questionnaire which was distributed to the year 2003 undergraduate students of Economics Faculty of Sebelas Maret University. In total 130 questionnaires were distributed, o nly 109 were returned and 100 of them were valid for the data to be analyzed.
