PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero) Tbk Unit Pajang is a company engaged in the banking sector whose main activity is the collection of funds, loans, and other bank services. To facilitate each activity, PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero) Tbk using multiple accounting systems, such as opening a savings account system, credit system, and the system of deposit accounts. Among some of these systems, credit systems are considered the most complicated. Given the lending process has a great risk that the purpose of this thesis was to determine the strengths and weaknesses of the accounting information system of granting the People's Business Credit (KUR) Micro at PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero) Tbk Unit Pajang. In evaluating the system of People's Business Credit (KUR) Micro at PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero) Tbk Unit Pajang, the authors conducted a study to observe and compare the theory that there is a system used by the company. The system used is good enough where there are several procedures to be performed and the procedure is commonly used bank. In addition, there is a clear separation of functions, the authorization document is adequate, and computerized record keeping has been done. Nevertheless, there are some disadvantages as there is no serial number printed on the credit application form, the customer does not have copies of these documents to the binding credit agreement and the customer is given the facility of loan books. Based on these results, the authors recommend that every document that is used should be the serial number printed in order to facilitate cross check when problems occur. In addition, the document should be used for the binding of credit made copies and handed over to customers so that both banks and customers to know for sure about their rights and obligations, of each customer should be given the facility of bank loans in the form of a book for customers to have detailed records of the remaining credit remains to be paid.
