Objectives: Knowing the role of P2K3 in the application SMK3 as handling potential restraint and risk factor in the Regional General Hospital Dr. Moewardi Methods: This research was conducted using descriptive methods that provide an overview of the implementation of the program P2K3. Retrieval of data on implementation program P2K3 conducted through interviews, observation company documentation and and literature research. Result The data are obtained then discussed by comparing with the ministry of labor number. PER-04/MEN/1987 about P2K3 and Procedure for designation of safety working Expert Conclusion General Hospital dr. Moewardi has implemented SMK3 in accordance with the Law. 1 in 1970. It’s proven by the formation of P2K3RS that support the implementation SMK3 in hospital. Advice to be given is improvements P2K3-organization that suitable with regulation in order to program of work that has been compiled to run expeditiously
