Water Supply Company (PDAM) is one of government company that aims to provide clean water to the public welfare. The focus of this research is measuring performance of PDAM Klaten in 2010-2011 on two aspects of the financial aspects of performance and non-financial aspects (aspects of administrative and operational aspects) as regulated by the Decree of Interior Minister Number 47 Year 1999. Using ten indicators performance from each aspect of performance, it is known that the performance of PDAM Klaten Year 2010-2011 are classified as good with the average value of 62,75. There are four obstacles in the effort to achieve better performance. Of the financial aspects of the optimization productive assets to increase the income and earnings. Of non-financial aspects in mind that the coverage is still low due to the difficulty of finding the water source. There was also a lack of field staff to do the work in the field techniques such as water meter calibration, connecting the new customer connection. And lack of order in the external reporting.
