PT. Mondrian Klaten Is A Clothing Company That Is Engaged In The Manufacture Of Shirts, T-Shirts And Casual Wear. PT Mondrian Klaten In Performing Quality Control To Try To Suppress The Number Of Defective Products In Accordance With Company Quality Standards. In An Effort To Control The Quality Of The Products, Companies Need To Conduct Quality Control System From Raw Materials, Production Process To Finished Goods. This Research Product Quality Jimbore Month November 2011 At The Sewing Of PT. Mondrian Klaten. This Internship Aims To Determine The Average Damage To The Product, Knowing The Damage To The Sewing Jimbore Brand Products At PT. Mondrian Klaten Still Within Control, And To Find Out What Kind Of Damage That Occurred And To Determine The Cause Of The Damage. Data Collection Methods In This Final Task Is A Method Of Interviewing, Observation And Literature Study. Analytical Methods Wewre Used C-Chart Method, Pareto Diagram And Causal Diagrams. Based On The Results Of Research That Has Been Made Of Data On The Number Of Products Jimbore Month Of November 2011 As Many As 42 000 Units And 4243 Units Of Data As Much Damage. By Using A Control Chart, It Can Be Seen That The Average Damage Of 212, 15, Upper Control Limit (UCL) Of 255, 851 And Lower Control Limits (LCL) Of 168, 455. There Was Damage To The Product That Is Out Of Control On The 1st, 2nd And 9th November 2011. Based On The Analysis Of Pareto Diagrams, The Most Damage Occurred In The Dirty Clothes For 41, 244% Or 1750 Units. As For Suggestions That Can Be Given To Companies To Maintain And Continuously Improve Production And Quality Control Strategies, So That The Resulting Product Quality Is Increasing.
