ABSTRACT This Research study to hit influence between perceived organizational support, obligation felt, affective commitment and turnover intention of employees PT Yapindo Transportama PCP Jakarta. Population in this research is employees of PT. Yapindo Transportama PCP Jakarta. Technique of sampling used in this research is the non probability with convenience sampling, Sampel taked by counted 155 employees of PT Yapindo Transportama PCP Jakarta. Method data collecting used in this research is used quesioner. Analysis method in this research used Structural Equation modelling (SEM). Examination of Hypothesis used by using Program AMOS version 16 to analyse causality relation in structural model which proposed Pursuant to the result of structural model analysis which testing relation between perceived organizational support, obligation felt, affective commitment and turnover intention got a result that perceived organizational support correlate positive to felt obligation and affective commitment. Felt obligation also correlate positive to affective commitment. While at affective commitment got a result that affective commitment correlate negativity to turnover intention.
