The Purpose Of This Study Was To Reexamine Conflicting Variables Result From Previous Studies In Indonesia, Profitability, Firm Size, Asset Structure, And Liquidity To Determine Its Effect On The Capital Structure. The Data Used Are 23 Real Estate And Property Companies Listed In The Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) In 2006-2011. Using Multiple Regression Analysis To Test The Classical Assumption, Hypothesis Testing With F Test And T Test. The Results Showed Only Asset Structure And Liquidity Variables That Proved Significant Negative Effect On Capital Structure, While The Variable Profitability And Firm Size Despite A Negative Influence, But It Proved To Be Not Significant
